If you purchase a subscription via the Website, payment will be charged to your chosen payment method.

Except as required by applicable law, all fees paid are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Service shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.
